Jordyn Dolan

Mental Performance Coach

Jordyn is a former NCAA gymnast and track & field athlete. She trained and competed in gymnastics for 19 years, winning six state titles, four regional titles, and setting a state record in vault. An ankle injury then forced Jordyn to switch sports – competing as a long jumper in her sophomore year of college, helping her team win a conference championship in 2025. Despite her accomplishments, Jordyn’s athletic career was marked by injuries, performance anxiety, and tough coaching situations from an early age.

Growing up, gymnastics defined Jordyn’s identity. When that chapter ended unexpectedly, she had to rebuild both her athletic career and her sense of self. Starting fresh in a new sport required her to face self-doubt and the challenge of rebuilding her confidence in a completely different environment. Through this process, she learned how important a strong mindset is for performance and well-being. What once felt like setbacks, became Jordyn’s purpose: to be the support system she wished existed during her athletic career.

As a mental performance coach, Jordyn helps athletes tackle mental blocks, build lasting confidence, and develop a resilient mindset they can rely on in any situation. She is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where athletes feel understood and empowered, focusing on developing the whole person, not just the athlete.
