What if my kid is hesitant to do a call?

Tell them there is no commitment or expectations – it’s just a 30-minute conversation with someone that works with a lot of athletes and was previously an athlete themself. If they don’t find the call interesting or helpful they don’t have to do another one ever again! We do a great job forming a personal connection with kids, which builds trust, gets them to see the benefits of working with us, and makes them more open-minded to do the work. You can’t force your kid to work with us, instead, just get them to try out the 30-minute call and let us get to know them. Once we establish the connection, then we get to work helping them reach their potential.

What can I expect from doing your program?

There is no magic pill to increase someone’s motivation. But, improvements in motivation are possible with consistent effort over time. To do so, we build trust as we tactfully work on their mindset, develop healthy habits, and create effective routines. To give you an idea, we typically start to see some significant improvements within 3 to 6 weeks depending on the athlete and their situation.
